Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining the physician panel and negotiating costs with physicians
Onboarding new physicians based on client needs
Researching and conducting outreach for new panel options when necessary
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree preferred but not required
Physician recruitment experience in a healthcare/insurance setting or equivalent
Working knowledge of physician networks, medical specialties, and terminology
Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compliance guidelines
Computer literacy and typing skills required
